Oubaai Project | New Build Paint and Waterproofing
This newly constructed home in Oubaai Estate, George, was completed using a full WeatherPrufe Paint and Waterproofing specification across all interior and exterior surfaces. Arte Construction managed the construction and finishing works, with DJ Waterproofing & Paint Services responsible for applying all waterproofing membranes and protective coatings, including WeatherPrufe Elastocryl™.
The objective was not only to achieve a high-end architectural finish but also to implement a durable, estate-appropriate system that performs well in coastal conditions and reduces future maintenance requirements.

A full paint job and waterproofing strategy was delivered to improve durability, coating performance, surface protection, and long-term moisture control. Built for Oubaai’s coastal climate.
