Areas of Use

• Seal horizontal substrates – tops of parapet walls, top edges of plaster bands, windowsills, etc.
• Seal and bridge hairline plaster cracks.
• Waterproof porous cement and concrete slabs.
• Flash between differing substrates (incorporating a non-woven membrane).

Spread Rate

On smooth sealed surfaces a spread rate of 5m²/ litre/coat is obtained without membrane, and 1-2m²/litre/coat with membrane. On previously unpainted masonry substrates, the spread rate depends on the plaster’s porosity and profile.

Application

Ensure that the surface to be coated is free of dirt and loose material. This product should be applied using a good-quality brush or lambswool roller. Ideally suited for use in combination with non-woven membranes.  Large flat sections of masonry decking can be waterproofed by rolling Elastocryl™ at a spread rate of 2m²/lite/coat

Allow 2 hours drying time in between coats.
